Primrose Farm Barns is an exquisitely finished luxury barn conversion with an indoor salt water heated swimming pool. Located only a few miles away from the beautiful north and east Norfolk coast and the famous Gunton Arms, this large detached property sits in one of the most picturesque and peaceful areas of Norfolk within its own extensive grounds.

The main barn (The Granary) sleeps 14 people in 6 bedrooms. It can be booked in conjunction with other cottages on site, allowing for groups of 18, 22 and 26.

Layout

The master en-suite bedroom on the first floor of The Granary has a king-size bed with two single beds either side, making it ideal for a family to sleep.

On the ground floor are five further bedrooms:

A twin room and a king-size bedroom which share a bathroom.
A double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
A double bedroom and a twin / double bedroom which share a bathroom.

Facilities

The barn is full of everything you could possibly wish for when staying away. The Granary has two wood burners, a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Aga, separate electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, large television and underfloor heating. The barn sits within its own grounds which include an enclosed courtyard with BBQ, and lawned garden.

Plenty of private parking is available for at least six cars.

Up to four dogs welcome in the main house.

Highchair, travel cot and stairgate available on request.

Other information

The Granary can be booked in conjunction with any of the following cottages also on site - Rainbow Cottage, Hawthorne Cottage and Blackberry Cottage. Allowing up to 26 people to stay.

Arrival time is from 4pm and departure is by 10am.

Please ensure when using the pool and wider pool area that children are supervised by an adult at all times.

About the area

Felbrigg Hall, the National Trust Estate, is on your doorstep. It’s a lovely 45 minute walk or a short car journey.

The seaside town of Cromer is 3 miles away. With its wide promenade, it’s a great spot for taking a dip, rock pooling at low tide and crabbing off the pier.

Also in easy reach by car: Blakeley and boat trips to see seals and migrant birds, Blickling Estate, Holkham Hall, the North Norfolk coast, the Broads, BeWILDerwood, Amazona Zoo, and Roarr! Dinosaur Adventure.
